The 1st Joinery R&D Center in China
Suofeiya established the Home Furnishing Research Institute in 2011, which was the first lab to get through the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS) approval.
Testing Department
Has successively obtained certificates of quality/ environmental management system (ISO) and environmental labeling products.
QC Department
All materials, especially for wooden boards, Suofeiya only cooperates with those who are able to provide special production lines under Suofeiya standard. For each batch of material, Suofeiya RD Center will spot check 3% – 5% of samples for full-range testing. If it fails to reach the target standard, then all the cargo will return back to the supplier.
For all the product craft, design structure and material technologies, Suofeiya established a whole process to ensure the rationality as following steps.
– Detail design and evaluation of shop drawings
– Sample making and testing under strict Suofeiya Lab. Regulations
– Craft documents edit towards every different new products
– Cost evaluation
